About the contest
Local businesses have stepped up to participate as a contest location. At the bottom of this page you will find a complete listing of different local businesses (all in Palmyra) that are providing a different aspect of the contest. Each contest location has a different item(s) they will be judging. Their employees are the judges. Then, that specific business is sponsoring the prize for their specific contest!
Item Drop Off
Items must be dropped off to the correct business by noon on Monday, August 3 in order to be considered for the contest.
Contest Rules
- All items entered must be made from scratch or homemade
- Contest is open to everyone in the surrounding area
- All entries must be in place by noon on Monday, August 3
- Judging will be completed by noon on Tuesday, August 4
- Participating businesses will contact winners
- Food items will not be returned - other items must be picked up before noon on Friday, August 7
- Winners must pick up their prize from the business during the business's open hours
Celebrating our Winners
Participating businesses are encouraged to take photos with their winners when they come back in to pick up their prizes for posting on Social Media and in the Palmyra Spectator.
